Required NAR Ethics CourseAn Ethics course is required of all new REALTOR® members to be taken within one year of joining with provisional membership. The National Association of REALTORS® also mandates that an Ethics course be taken every four years by every REALTOR® member.
These courses may be found online at the following URLs. They do not have to be completed at one sitting, but you can go back to it as you have time. The winter months are perfect for getting this obligation fulfilled before the busy spring/summer season arrives.
Once you have completed the course online, your AE will automatically be notified that you have fulfilled your obligation and it will be added to your NAR NRDS record.
